感謝您選擇 大露特露 x 甜點社！為了讓您有更好的訂購體驗，請詳細閱讀以下訂購須知：
1. 訂購與製作時間
- 成立訂單：訂單需於每日17:00前完成付款流程，即可成立當日訂單。
- 接單製作：收到您的訂單後才開始新鮮製作，製作時間約需 三個工作天（不含假日）。
2. 付款方式與規定
- 本店甜點需 預付款項，提供以下付款方式：
- 線上刷卡
- 銀行轉帳
- 超商代碼付款
- 請在付款頁面建立後的 24 小時內完成付款，如未即時完成付款，該筆訂單將自動取消。
- 注意：我們不提供現場取貨付款，敬請留意。
3. 配送與取貨選項
- 取件與寄送：下單時可選擇自取或是冷凍宅配，運費200元，滿 3000元及自取則免運費 。
- 宅配服務：甜點製作完成後將以 冷凍宅配 的方式寄出，讓甜點保持最佳品質。
- 自取服務：如需自取，請先與客服聯繫，確認自取時間與地點。自取安排需經雙方確認後方可進行。
4. 注意事項
- 配送過程中如遇天氣或其他不可抗力因素導致延誤，我們將盡力協助追蹤配送進度，敬請理解。
- 訂單成立後即進入製作流程，恕不接受取消或更改，請在下單前仔細確認您的訂購資訊。
節慶期間配送可能因物流負荷增加，無法保證商品能於指定日期準時送達。
請在商品送達前，多留意宅配的聯繫電話，保持聯絡暢通，以便掌握最新配送進度。
- 建議您提前規劃收貨時間，避免因配送延誤影響行程安排。如商品因配送延誤導致無法按時送達，恕無法接受退換貨申請，敬請見諒。
- 亦可選擇快遞服務或自取，提高配送速度，確保商品及時到貨，避免因物流延誤影響您的計劃。

Order Guidelines – Desserts
Thank you for choosing Sassy Canele × 甜點社！
To ensure a smooth ordering experience, please read the following information carefully:
1. Order & Production Timeline
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is completed before 5:00 PM on the same day.
Made to Order: All desserts are freshly made after receiving your order.
Please allow approximately 3 business days for preparation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Payment Methods & Policy
All dessert orders require full prepayment. The following payment options are available:
Credit card (online)
Bank transfer
Convenience store code payment
Please complete payment within 24 hours after the payment page is created.
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the deadline.
Note: We do not offer cash on delivery or payment upon pickup.
3. Delivery & Pickup Options
Shipping & Pickup:
You may choose either store pickup or frozen delivery when placing your order.
Delivery fee: NT$200
Free shipping for orders over NT$3,000 or for self-pickup orders
Frozen Delivery:
Desserts will be delivered frozen to ensure optimal quality.
Self Pickup:
Please contact our customer service to confirm pickup time and location.
Pickup arrangements must be confirmed by both parties before proceeding.
4. Important Notes
In the event of delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances during delivery, we will do our best to assist with tracking. Your understanding is appreciated.
Once an order is confirmed and enters production, cancellations or changes are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
During holiday seasons, delivery schedules may be affected due to high logistics volume. Timely arrival on your preferred date cannot be guaranteed.
Please keep your phone available prior to delivery to receive updates and ensure successful receipt.
We recommend planning your delivery time in advance to avoid schedule disruptions.
If delays occur due to shipping and the product cannot arrive as expected, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
To avoid delays, you may consider using express courier services or selecting self-pickup.
